Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GLMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are an institution representative, you accept these terms on behalf of your institution.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Subscription & Payments

Institutions are billed at ৳9 per student per month (or as configured). A 30-day free trial is provided. After the trial, payment is required to continue access. Non-payment may result in dashboard access being restricted.

4. Content

Teachers and institutions retain ownership of educational content they upload. GLMS has a license to display and distribute content to enrolled students. Users must not upload content that infringes copyright.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: share account credentials, attempt to circumvent payment systems, distribute copyrighted exam content, or use the platform for non-educational purposes.

6. AI Features

AI-generated content (study plans, questions, evaluations) is provided as educational assistance and should not be considered authoritative. Human review is recommended for all AI outputs.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Institutions may terminate their subscription at any time. Student data is retained for 90 days after account deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

GLMS is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
