3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in encrypted databases. Sensitive documents in Secure Drive are encrypted at rest using AES-256. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Payment data is processed by PCI-compliant providers (SSLCommerz, Stripe) — we never store card details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with: your institution (for enrolled students), payment processors (for transactions), and AI providers (anonymized for learning features).

5. Your Rights

You can: access your data, request correction, request deletion of your account, export your data, and opt out of non-essential communications at any time from Settings.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. Analytics cookies are opt-in only.

7. Children's Privacy

Students under 13 require parental consent. Parent accounts can monitor and manage their child's data through the Parent Dashboard.
